Kosel continues adding to early-season earnings
Timber Lake senior AJ Lindskov throws the discus while competing at the Timber Lake Track Invitational at Doug Kraft Field last Tuesday, April 25. Athletes battled cold, gusting winds from the north that put temperatures on the track just above 30 degrees. Lindskov overcame the cold to finish second in the discus with a mark of 105-9 feet.

The Dupree High School Powerlifting Team recently held an exhibition fundraiser that included a meal and each member of the team completing three different lifts as they would in a competition. High School rodeo season kicks off April 22-23
Mason Schrempp, a sophomore at Aberdeen High School, was named a 10th Grade All-American at the Adidas Wrestling Nationals held April 6-8 in Indpendence, MO. Schrempp placed third in the 145 pound division at the South Dakota State High School Tournament this season. An all-conference and all-state selection, he also earned his 100th career win. An enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, he is the son of Roy Veit and Ricki (Schrempp) Link and the grandson of Joe and Tammy Schrempp.
