Isabel to study water rates in face of looming cost hike

The Isabel Board of Trustees is developing a comprehensive water and sewer rate study after receiving word two weeks ago that the community’s water provider - Mni Waste Water Company - is implementing system-wide rate increases that will carry it into 2027.

Larson Paleontology Unlimited coming to Museum, May 20

Neal Larson of Larson Paleontology Unlimited in Hill City will give a presentation on fossils at the Timber Lake Museum on Wednesday, May 20 at 7 p.m. MT. The program is free and open to the public. People are welcome to bring fossil specimens for a “show and tell” session.
