Cheyenne River Law Enforcement responded to a call of a serious incident involving a vehicle striking a woman on Sunday, June 14.According to Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement, an arriving officer discovered the vehicle had fled the scene and tended to the victim.
