Lynn Hahne traveled to Miles City, Montana to babysit while Justin and Carla McPherson were at the NFR in Las Vegas. She was there Wednesday through Monday. Taking care of things while Troy and Denise Bauman were also at the NFR was Judy Hintz.

DOT exploring potential routes for proposed new Highway 212 bridge

A new US Highway 212 bridge across the Missouri River/Lake Oahe between Dewey and Potter counties is in the study/planning stage, according to the S.D. Dept. of Transportation. The existing Forest City bridge, which measures 26 feet wide and 4600 long, was opened to traffic in 1958.
