One defendant in gun shop burglary to enter guilty plea

A 23-year-old Eagle Butte man one of three charged in connection with the August 2022 theft of more than 100 firearms from an Isabel gun dealer - plans to plead guilty to two counts of the indictment against him after accepting a plea agreement from federal prosecutors.

Senior Meals program moves back to Timber Lake

A drastic change in how and where local senior citizens can utilize the Isabel-Timber Lake Senior Meals Program went into effect last week, with the meal site moving from Isabel to Timber Lake and the option of sitdown dining being offered for the first time in two years.
