Magistrate Judge and Meade County resident Chad Callahan announces his candidacy for Circuit Court Judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. The Fourth Circuit consists of Butte, Corson, Dewey, Harding, Lawrence, Meade, Perkins and Ziebach Counties.
