Timber Lake City Board works on 2022 budget

At a special meeting on Monday, August 23, the Timber Lake City Board reviewed a draft of a 2022 budget prepared by City Finance Officer Karla Nordyke and made some tentative decisions.

SHERIFF’S REPORT

On 8/18/2021 at 12:10 am, the Corson County Sheriff’s Office observed an open garage door at a business in McLaughlin. The Deputy walked through the building and did not find anything out of place. Building was secured.

FOURTH CIRCUIT COURT

U.S. DISTRICT COURT

August 13, 2021 Samuel Francis White Horse, 33, of Cherry Creek was sentenced by Chief Judge Roberto A. Lange on August 12, 2021 to 30 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, and a $125 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.

I recently saw a patient I hadn’t seen in more than 18 months. This patient had previously come to me somewhat routinely for arthritic knees. Together, we constructed a conservative treatment plan to help increase activity and prolong the life of those knees.

Glenham man indicted on two counts of bank fraud

A former Leola banker who resides in Glenham has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts of bank fraud and faces 30 years in prison. Gabe Outtrim, 42, entered a not guilty plea to the charges. He is currently free on bond until his trial, which is scheduled for Oct. 19.
