Students earn awards for academic achievement

At the Timber Lake High School Awards Day on May 5, MS/HS Principal Julie Marshall presented awards for academic achievement during the 2020-2021 school year. SENIOR HONOR STUDENTS (who maintained a 3.5 or higher GPA over four years) are Ethan Johnston, Molly Kraft and Tuffy Simon.

`Enchanted Garden’ was theme of Dupree High School Prom

The Dupree Junior Class, under the guidance of Mark Peacock and Shannon Hinrichs, hosted the 2021 prom with the theme “Enchanted Garden.” A pastel flower theme, luminary lights, fancy finger food, and music made the evening lovely.

Top seniors receive recognition from Associated School Boards, Gov. Noem

The top high school graduates from around the state were recently recognized by Governor Kristi Noem and the Associated School Boards of South Dakota (ASBSD) for their academic achievements.
