Area airport projects may get full funding from feds

Improvement projects at 32 public airports in South Dakota - including Eagle Butte and Mobridge - may be fully funded by the federal government this year and save the state and local sources more than $4.7 million. According to the South Dakota Dept.

LifeWalk set for April 28

Everyone is welcome to participate in LifeWalk on Wednesday, April 28 at the Timber Lake track field beginning at 6:15 p.m. The event will close with a Rosary for Life and Balloon Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Donations may be made to the Women’s Care Center in Bismarck, ND.

McLaughlin voters reject measure to ban alcohol sales

Voters in McLaughlin last week rejected an initiated measure that would have banned the sale of alcohol within the city limits. In the April 13 vote, 80 ballots were cast against the measure and 47 were cast in favor of it.
