Sandquist captures State Jr. High Rodeo bull riding championship

Mark Sandquist of Trail City captured the South Dakota Jr. High State Finals Rodeo championship in bull riding over the weekend, scoring 70 and 60 points respectively on two of three attempts.
The victory advances Sandquist to the National Jr. High Finals Rodeo June 20-26 in Des Moines, where he will be joined by several other competitors from the area.
