Panther boys run away with LMC track crown

Fueled by 10 first place finishes, the Timber Lake Panthers cruised to the Little Moreau Conference track championship last Tuesday, May 11, winning the annual LMC meet by a whopping 140 points over runner-up Faith.

Burress ties-down top honors at Rapid City Jr. High Rodeo

Hayes Burress of Isabel posted a time of 13.87 seconds to win the tie-down roping event at the Rapid City Jr. High Rodeo last Friday, May 6, blowing by runner-up Brand Hilgenkamp of Wall for top honors. Burress also finished 11th in ribbon roping with a time of 12.53 seconds.
