The Timber Lake girls track team fielded two teams in the 4x100 relay event at the Timber Lake Tune-Up Meet at Doug Kraft Field last Friday, April 8, and for a portion of the race they were neck-in-neck.

Record numbers for TLHS track

The Timber Lake track team has yet to compete this spring, but it’s already set a new school record. A total of 52 student-athletes reported for track and field - the most in school history, according to Head Coach Ryan Gimbel. He attributes the growth and success of the program to several factors.

Four Panthers collect boys All-LMC recognition

Four seniors off Timber Lake’s boys basketball team have been named All-Little Moreau Conference selections for the 2022 season. The Panthers finished the season 18-4 after winning the conference tournament, the conference title and qualifying for the SoDak 16 for the fifth consecutive year.
