Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) was recently confirmed in Stanley County after it was detected in an adult female mule deer. Currently, 18 counties in western and central South Dakota are considered CWD endemic areas, including Corson, Meade, Perkins, and Ziebach counties.

The Timber Lake and McIntosh boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will play teams from North Dakota during the annual Mobridge Rotary Basketball Classic on Saturday, Dec. 18, at the Mobridge-Pollock High School. All games are played at Central Standard Time.
