Panther girls win third straight; improve to 4-1 on the season

Four Timber Lake players hit double figures and the Lady Panthers outscored Lyman 18-6 in the final quarter to walk away with a 63-51 win over the Raider girls in Presho on Wednesday, Dec. 30. The victory is Timber Lake’s third straight and lifts the Lady Panthers to 4-1 overall.

Panther boys drop decision to Lyman, fall to 2-3 overall

The Lyman Raiders used a big height advantage to upend the Timber Lake Panthers 59-43 in non-conference boys basketball action on Thursday, Dec. 30. The loss dropped Timber Lake to 2-3 on the season while Lyman improved to 4-1.

Timber Lake girls, McIntosh boys win at Mobridge Rotary Classic

The Timber Lake Lady Panthers and McIntosh Tiger boys won their respective games in the annual Mobridge Rotary Basketball Classic on Saturday, while the Panther boys fell in overtime and the Lady Tigers were dismantled in their matchup.

Balanced attack leads TL boys to second win

Timber Lake used a balanced scoring attack to improve to 2-1 on the season with a 63-58 win over visiting Herreid-Selby last Tuesday, Dec. 15. The Panthers will take on Lyman in Presho next Wednesday, Dec. 30, and will host Faith on Jan. 7.
