Second half surge lifts Hill City over Tigers

Hill City led Dupree by a touchdown at halftime, but a 34-0 burst of scoring in the second half broke the game open and lifted the Rangers to a 55-14 non-conference win over the Tigers last Friday, Sept. 6.

Eagle Butte champions qualify for INFR

Three local competitors will be moving on to the national finals after being among the champions crowned at the 2024 Eagle Butte INFR Tour Rodeo in Eagle Butte on Sunday and Monday, Sept. 1-2, that was part of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe’s annual rodeo, pow wow and fair weekend.
