Donner shares top money in NDMorristown breakaway roper Bailie Donner tied for first place in the event at the Amidon Rodeo in Amidon, ND, on Sunday, Aug. 25. Donner and Sierra Lee of Rhame, ND, posted 2.30 second runs to take home just over $760 each.

200 Club Winners

The Sacred Heart Parish of Dupree held their monthly 200 Club drawings on August 18, 2024 following Holy Mass and potluck supper in the church hall. The new year drawings will start in September on the third Sunday of the month.

Timber Lake will tip off its 2024 volleyball season on the road Thursday, Aug. 29, at Harding County and will host Cheyenne-Eagle Butte next Tuesday, Sept. 3, in the Panthers home opener.

Mobridge cowboy caps big three-win weekend with bareback title in Faith

Taylon Carmody rolled out of town this week to begin his freshman year at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. But before leaving, the talented young bareback bronc rider from Mobridge left something for his competitors and fans to remember him by.
