May 21, 2021 Jasyn Curley, 26, of Eagle Butte was indicted on May 11, 2021 by a federal grand jury for failure to register as a sex offender. He appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on May 20, 2021, and pled not guilty to the indictment.
