DUMP PEACH COBBLER

Mix all together and put half in bottom of cake pan. Bake 10 minutes. 1/3 C. sugar 1 t. vanilla Mix. Put 2 small cans drained peaches on top of baked crust. On top of peaches, pour cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining boxed cake - crumble if needed. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

BLUEBERRY PIE BARS

Crust: 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup butter Mix in bowl until crumbly.. Save 3/4 cup. Press remaining into 9x13 baking pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Filling: 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup flour 1/8 tsp.

LEMON BARS

3 3/4 C. powdered sugar 2 eggs 1 - 8 Oz. cream cheese softened 1 T. lemon extract Mix and spread over bottom layer. Bake 350 degrees 40-50 min.

EASY ROAST CROCKPOT

Put Coke in crockpot. Then put in roast. Cover with the dry soup. Cover and allow to cook on low for up to 8 hours. When done - we drain the juice off into a sauce pan, put 1/2 C. water in measuring cup. Add 1/2 C. flour; stir hard to mix.

EASY CAKE DESSERT

Combine cake mix, pie filling, add eggs. Pour half the batter into 9 x 13” greased pan. Mix together sugar, cinnamon; sprinkle half over batter. Add remaining batter; top with remaining sugar mixture and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until it tests done.

DEVILS FOOD POUND CAKE

1 pkg. Devils food cake mix 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding 4 eggs 1 1/4 C. water 1/2 C. vegetable oil Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.

Time change for 4-H event

The annual Dewey County 4-H Awards/Recognition Event will be held on Sunday, January 8 at the Timber Lake Community Center beginning with a potluck supper at 6 p.m. The event had been scheduled for 1 p.m. but the time was changed because of the SDSUNDSU football game.
